- Important information for mosque visits during Abu Dhabi tours: Men must not wear shorts. Women must not wear sleeveless tops, miniskirts, leggings or shorts. Guests must bring a long-sleeved cardigan and a headscarf for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in the tour.
- Important information for the Desert Safari Tour: Guests should wear comfortable, sporty clothing and bring a cardigan or light jacket. Heavy meals and excessive water consumption should be avoided before the tour. Guests with stomach, back or neck conditions, as well as pregnant guests, must inform the guide in advance.
- To benefit from the discounted optional-tour package rates, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the trip.
- Optional tours require a minimum of 20 participants. If fewer than 20 guests participate, prices may change, or the tour may be operated using the metro. The guide may reschedule optional tours, provided that the tour content remains unchanged.
- Optional-tour prices may vary depending on local demand and the travel period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply.
- When accommodation is offered on an “or similar” basis, when only the hotel category is specified without naming a particular hotel, or when multiple hotel options are offered for the same destination, the confirmed hotel or hotels will be announced by your travel agency no later than 48 hours before departure.
- Guests will be met by the guide upon arrival at the destination. The guide service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. Guide service will also be provided when optional tours are purchased; however, guests may be accompanied by a different guide during optional tours. For the return transfer, guests must be ready at the hotel reception before the pick-up time specified by the guide.
- Any cancellation of or amendment to an optional tour must be reported to the guide at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation and refund eligibility is subject to the local supplier’s final decision.
- During trade fairs, conventions, concerts, special events, sports tournaments and similar periods, hotels may be located farther away than the distances stated in the programme. In such cases, the agency will provide information two days before the tour’s departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the package are designed to provide a general introduction to the destination. They last a maximum of two to three hours, are conducted mainly from inside the vehicle with commentary from the guide, and do not include admission to museums or archaeological sites.
- The agency cannot be held responsible if panoramic tours or other tours listed in the programme cannot be operated because local authorities have closed the attractions at the scheduled date and time, roads along the route have been closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Where possible, some tours may be conducted on foot or by public transport if roads are closed or vehicles are not permitted to enter certain areas.
- Guests will be welcomed by the guide at the arrival airport. For the return transfer, guests must be ready at the hotel reception before the pick-up time specified by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the programme are offered on an “or similar” basis. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, an equivalent alternative hotel may be provided, and a specific hotel cannot be guaranteed.
- To minimise the impact of exchange-rate fluctuations, guests are advised not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old, damaged or excessively worn banknotes are not accepted by banks at the destination. Therefore, such banknotes cannot be used to book or pay for optional tours.
- As optional tours at the destination are priced in US dollars, USD and EUR will be accepted at a 1:1 exchange rate for these purchases.
- As our package tours are international, guests are responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient foreign-language skills for their personal needs.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tour programme provided at the time of booking, together with the general terms, conditions and obligations stated below, must be communicated to all guests. Best Leisure Happy Holiday Travel cannot be held responsible for complaints arising from circumstances covered by this information. Guests are deemed to have read and accepted all terms in advance.
- Turkish citizens travelling with a special (green) passport must renew their passport if it was issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may be refused entry to the destination country and/or denied boarding by the airline in Türkiye. In such cases, the passenger bears full responsibility, and Elfe Tour – Best Leisure Happy Holiday Travel cannot be held liable.
- To avoid problems with immigration or customs authorities at the destination due to torn, worn, water-damaged or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed. If the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be issued in the new passport. Otherwise, the passenger bears full responsibility.
- Guests’ passports must remain valid for at least six months from the date of the return flight. Any problem arising from insufficient passport validity is the guest’s responsibility.
- Best Leisure Happy Holiday Travel acts solely as an intermediary between the passenger and the relevant consulate. Consulates reserve the right to refuse a visa whenever they deem necessary. Best Leisure Happy Holiday Travel assumes no responsibility if a passenger is unable to obtain a visa. The company acts only as an intermediary and has no authority or liability regarding visa applications submitted personally by passengers. Guests register for the tour having accepted these conditions.
- When Best Leisure Happy Holiday Travel acts as an intermediary for a visa application, the guest must verify the accuracy of all information printed on the issued visa. Best Leisure Happy Holiday Travel cannot be held responsible for errors on the visa or circumstances resulting from such errors that may prevent the guest from travelling.
- Under normal circumstances, providing documents required by passengers who will submit their own visa applications—such as hotel confirmations and flight reservations—takes one business day. Guests must consider this processing time when arranging their appointment dates and times. Best Leisure Happy Holiday Travel cannot be held responsible for problems arising from insufficient notice.
- If a guest cancels the booking and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Best Leisure Happy Holiday Travel Visa Department, and this service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, the guest may receive a refund of the remaining amount—excluding consular charges and similar fees—if Best Leisure Happy Holiday Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason. To qualify for the refund, the guest must present the passport as proof that the visa was not used no later than one week after the visa’s expiry date. If the guest obtained the visa independently and/or through another visa service provider, no refund will be made if Best Leisure Happy Holiday Travel cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason.
- Tour routes may change depending on the city at which the aircraft lands. Aircraft type and flight times may also change. As hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, an equivalent alternative hotel may be provided. These possibilities are disclosed at the time of contracting, and the PASSENGER PURCHASES THE TOUR HAVING ACCEPTED THE RISK OF FLIGHT-TIME AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. Triple-room accommodation generally includes an additional bed, which may be smaller than a standard bed. Three separate standard beds cannot be guaranteed. Where a suitable room is available, the hotel may allocate it subject to availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children sharing a room with two adults.
- Hotels provide a continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. A continental breakfast generally consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Breakfast for groups may be served in a separate dining area.
- During booking or registration, guests must provide their full name, date of birth and passport number exactly as stated in the passport that will be used for travel. Airline tickets will be issued using this information. Any cancellation or amendment penalties resulting from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests must have valid international travel and medical insurance covering the period from one day before the tour’s departure date until one day after its return date, regardless of whether the policy is obtained through Best Leisure Happy Holiday Travel. Guests must carry the relevant insurance policy with them throughout the journey. Local authorities may impose fines on guests who cannot present travel insurance. Any resulting fine or liability is the guest’s responsibility.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, previous entry into or departure from certain countries may result in a visa refusal or denial of entry by one or more other countries. As such matters are beyond the control of Best Leisure Happy Holiday Travel, the parties acknowledge that the company cannot be held responsible.
- To provide the group with greater efficiency in terms of time and cost, some optional tours may be operated along the main travel route. Guests who do not wish to participate agree to wait at a nearby facility until the optional tour ends. The coach will collect these guests afterwards, and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organised to provide a general introduction to the destination. City tours and optional excursions may be operated on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In such cases, Best Leisure Happy Holiday Travel is responsible for offering guests the most suitable available alternative. Optional tours require a minimum of 20 participants. If the minimum number is not reached, an optional tour may be cancelled or its price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities prohibit for any reason will not be operated. Best Leisure Happy Holiday Travel cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of such excursions or tours.
- Flight allocations in our programmes are group allocations, and outbound and return journeys are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be cancelled automatically. The relevant airline’s rules will apply.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on airport information boards and screens. Guests are responsible for monitoring this information. If a flight is missed due to such a change or for personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense. In accordance with the previous clause, this may need to be purchased as a new round-trip ticket. Missing the group’s departure may also result in the guest missing part or all of the first day’s programme, for which the guest bears full responsibility. If the guest travels to the relevant city or country on a flight different from the group’s flight, airport-to-city or airport-to-hotel transportation is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets using air miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and subject to availability on the relevant flight. As the flight allocations in our programmes are booked in a group fare class, the passenger may first be required to pay the difference specified by the airline to convert the ticket into an eligible economy fare class before upgrading it. Any resulting fare difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets are generally issued several days before the tour’s departure.
- Guests wishing to use their mobile phones abroad must contact their mobile-network provider before leaving Türkiye to confirm that their line is enabled for international calls and roaming.
- Whenever leaving a vehicle or hotel temporarily or permanently during the journey, guests should ensure that they have collected all their belongings.
- In the event of force majeure or whenever deemed necessary, Best Leisure Happy Holiday Travel may change the order in which the cities are visited and/or the airline used, provided that the essential content of the programme remains unchanged.
- Best Leisure Happy Holiday Travel reserves the right to change the specified hotels, provided that the hotel category remains the same.
- Best Leisure Happy Holiday Travel cannot be held responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years of age must carry a notarised parental consent document when travelling without both parents. A child travelling with the mother must have the father’s consent; a child travelling with the father must have the mother’s consent; and a child travelling with a third party must have the consent of both parents. Best Leisure Happy Holiday Travel cannot be held responsible if the child is unable to travel due to the absence of the required consent document.
- These General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the tour programme and cannot be considered separately from it.
We will meet at 23:00 in front of the Flydubai check-in counters in the International Departures Terminal at Istanbul Airport and complete our check-in procedures.
After passport control and customs formalities, we depart for Dubai at 02:10 on Flydubai flight FZ754. Upon arrival in Dubai at 07:40, we meet our vehicle waiting at the airport and begin our panoramic city tour.
Before the city tour, we proceed to the venue where guests may enjoy an optional breakfast at an additional cost. After breakfast, we travel along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai’s busiest and most impressive avenue, enjoying panoramic views of the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping malls and Souk Madinat Jumeirah.
We then continue to Jumeirah Beach, where we stop for photographs with the world-famous Burj Al Arab in the background, often described as the world’s only seven-star hotel. Afterwards, we proceed to Dubai Marina. Surrounded by restaurants and cafés, Dubai Marina features an approximately seven-kilometre-long promenade. Following a short period of free time, we transfer to our hotels and complete the check-in procedures at the official hotel check-in time.
In the evening, guests may join the optional “Dhow Cruise with Dinner, Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour.”

We begin our evening by boarding a traditional dhow boat at Dubai Marina, where dinner will be served. As the boat cruises through the marina, we enjoy an open-buffet dinner accompanied by magnificent views of Dubai Marina and Ain Dubai.
After the cruise, we visit Souk Al Bahar, situated in the shadow of Burj Khalifa—the world’s tallest building—and next to Dubai Mall, one of the world’s largest shopping centres. Combining historic architectural character with modern luxury, this authentic marketplace reflects the richness of Arabian culture.
Afterwards, guests may enjoy free time at Dubai Mall for shopping or relaxing at its cafés and restaurants. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, enjoy some free time. Guests may join the optional “Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour.”
Following the tour, we will meet at the time specified by our guide for the transfer to the Megastar Tarkan Concert at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi and depart for Abu Dhabi in our private vehicles. After an enjoyable journey of approximately 1.5 hours, we will arrive at Etihad Arena, one of Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious event venues.
Accompanied by our guide, we will enter the arena and proceed to our reserved seating area, where we will experience an unforgettable evening with Tarkan, the megastar of Turkish music, featuring a world-class stage show and exclusive production. After the concert, we will transfer back to our hotels in Dubai.

You will be picked up from your hotel in a 4x4 vehicle for an unforgettable desert experience and the opportunity to watch the magnificent sunset.
Following an exciting and enjoyable drive across the red sand dunes, we will arrive at a traditional Bedouin camp in the heart of the desert. Here, we will enjoy dinner accompanied by entertaining live shows and a belly-dancing performance. Guests will also have the opportunity to enjoy a short camel ride.
Unlimited soft drinks, tea and coffee are included in the tour. After dinner and the performances, the tour will conclude, and we will return to our hotel in our private 4x4 vehicles.
