1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • This policy applies to all reservations made through our website, email, or other communication channels.
  • By completing a booking, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the cancellation and refund conditions stated below.

2. STANDARD CANCELLATION TERMS

  • 30 days or more before service date: 100% refund.
  • 15–29 days before service date: 50% refund.
  • 14 days or less before service date, or no-show: No refund.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be made to the original payment method within 14 business days.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

  • In reservations made with a deposit, the deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
  • Customer cancellation,
  • No-show,
  • Visa refusal,
  • Illness, accident, or other personal reasons.
  • Only the remaining balance (if paid in advance) will be subject to the standard cancellation terms above.

4. FORCE MAJEURE

  • In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, flight cancellations), the Company reserves the right to:
  • Reschedule the service, or
  • Provide a travel voucher/credit for future use instead of a cash refund.
  • This condition does not apply to non-refundable payments. Non-refundable deposits and non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including force majeure.

5. COMPANY CANCELLATION

  • If the Company cancels the service due to operational reasons, the Customer will be informed immediately.
  • In such cases, the Customer will be offered:
  • A full refund, or
  • An alternative service of equal value.

6. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • The Customer is responsible for providing correct contact details (email and phone). Failure to receive Company communications due to incorrect contact information will not be considered a valid reason for refund.
  • Refunds are processed only through the original payment channel (bank transfer, credit card, or other methods used during booking).
