Cancellation and Refund Policy

Elfe Tourism Trade Limited Company aims to provide the best service to our guests. In this context, the cancellation and refund conditions regarding your reservations are outlined below.


1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • All reservations are confirmed after payment is received.
  • The amount paid during the reservation is subject to the conditions of service providers (hotel, airline, tour operator, etc.).
  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing (via e-mail or WhatsApp).

2. DEPOSIT AND ADVANCE PAYMENT

  • The requested advance payment (deposit) is non-refundable.
  • The deposit is used to secure the reservation and for advance payments made to service providers.

3. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

The deductions that will apply in case of cancellation may vary depending on the type of reservation and the rules of the service provider:

  • Flight tickets: Usually non-refundable or subject to a change penalty.
  • Hotel reservations: Processed according to the hotel's cancellation policy.
  • Private tours: Generally non-refundable or high deductions may apply.
  • Group tours and activities: Can be canceled up to a certain period in advance, otherwise, deductions will apply.

4. LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW

  • No refunds may be made for cancellations made shortly before the start of the service.
  • If the guest does not participate in the service (no-show), the full amount will be charged and no refund will be made.

5. FORCE MAJEURE

The following situations are considered as force majeure:

  • Weather conditions
  • Decisions of official authorities
  • Natural disasters
  • Security issues

In these cases:

  • Alternative services may be offered
  • Date changes may be made
  • Refunds will be evaluated according to the rules of the service provider

6. REFUND PROCESS

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-21 business days depending on your payment method.
  • Elfe Tour is not responsible for delays caused by banks and payment providers.

7. SERVICE CHANGES

  • Requests for reservation changes will be evaluated based on availability.
  • If there is a price difference, it will be paid by the BUYER.

8. ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL

All guests making reservations are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
