1. PARTIES

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of tourism services purchased by the BUYER through the SELLER's website, WhatsApp, social media, or other communication channels;

  • Domestic and international tour packages
  • Hotel reservations
  • Airport transfer services
  • Flight ticket arrangements
  • Guided tour and activity services

3. SERVICE DETAILS

The details of the purchased service (date, number of people, content, price, included/excluded services) are stated in the offer, program, and confirmation messages communicated to the BUYER during the reservation stage.


4. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE AGREEMENT

By confirming the reservation request and making the payment, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted this agreement. The agreement is established electronically and has the same legal consequences as a written contract.


5. PRICE AND PAYMENT

  • The service fee is the total amount communicated to the BUYER during the reservation.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or online payment method.
  • SELLER may request advance payment (deposit) for the reservation.
  • Unless otherwise stated, the remaining amount is collected before the service starts or upon arrival.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS

  • The deposit paid for reservations is non-refundable.
  • Flight tickets, special tours, events, and some hotel reservations may be non-refundable.
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
  • Cut-off may apply according to the rules of the service provider (hotel, airline, etc.).
  • In cases of force majeure (weather conditions, official decisions, etc.), alternative services may be offered or the refund policy will be applied according to the provider's rules.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502;

There is no right of withdrawal for services related to accommodation, transportation, car rental, meals, entertainment, or leisure activities that are to be performed on a specific date.

Therefore, the BUYER accepts that there is no right of withdrawal for the tourism services purchased.


8. SELLER'S OBLIGATIONS

The SELLER is obliged to;

  • Provide the purchased service completely
  • Provide accurate information about the service details
  • Ensure the necessary organization

9. BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS

The BUYER is responsible for;

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Meeting obligations such as passport, visa, entrance rules
  • Complying with service rules

.


10. FORCE MAJEURE

In situations beyond the control of the parties such as natural disasters, pandemics, wars, weather conditions, and official decisions, the SELLER cannot be held responsible.


11. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data of the BUYER is processed within the scope of KVKK, and detailed information can be found in the KVK Clarification Text.


12. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In the case of disputes arising from this agreement;

  • Consumer Arbitration Committees
  • Consumer Courts

are authorized.


13. EFFECTIVENESS

This agreement comes into force with the BUYER's confirmation of the reservation and payment.


14. APPROVAL

The BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement.
