3. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a non-refundable deposit (if applicable).
• The Customer is responsible for providing accurate booking details (names, dates, passport information, contact details).
• Any mistakes in the information provided are the responsibility of the Customer.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS

• Bookings made with a non-refundable deposit or as non-refundable reservations are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including force majeure events.
• Customers acknowledge and accept this condition at the time of booking.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Customer is deemed to have read and accepted the Cancellation and Refund Policy before booking.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customers are responsible for having valid passports, visas, health documents, and travel insurance (if required).
• Customers must follow meeting times and instructions provided by the Company.
• Failure to attend at the specified time/place will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.

7. COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Company is responsible for providing services as described, within reasonable limits.
• The Company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, transport providers, hotels, or other third parties.
• The Company shall not be held liable for accidents, loss, illness, or damages during travel, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

• The Company shall not be held responsible for service disruptions caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, strikes, wars, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances).
• In such cases, the Company may offer rescheduling or a travel credit.
• ⚠️ Non-refundable deposits and non-refundable bookings remain strictly non-refundable, even in cases of force majeure.

9. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

• Customer data will be processed in accordance with the KVKK Illumination Text (Privacy Notice) published on our website.
• By booking, the Customer consents to the processing and limited sharing of their personal data for service delivery.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
• In the event of disputes, Istanbul (Bakırköy) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. FINAL PROVISIONS

• The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
