5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

• Cancellation and refund processes are evaluated within the framework of the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• Some services (flights, private tours, etc.) may be non-refundable.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Within the framework of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers;

There is no right of withdrawal for accommodation, transportation, and tourism services to be performed on a specific date.

7. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The customer;

• Is responsible for their passport, visa, and travel documents
• Is obliged to follow the entry rules of the destination country
• Must comply with the tour program and rules

• Hotels
• Airlines
• Transfer companies
• Guides

works with third-party service providers. Elfe Tour will provide necessary support in the event of problems arising from these providers but cannot be held liable directly.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

The following situations are considered force majeure:

• Natural disasters
• Weather conditions
• Pandemic
• Official decisions

In these cases, services may be changed, postponed, or canceled.

10. LIMITS OF LIABILITY

• Errors of service providers
• Changes due to weather conditions

11. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
