Day 1: Istanbul – Dubai
We meet at Sabiha Gökçen International Airport, International Departures Terminal, at the FlyDubai Airlines check-in counter at 23:50 and complete our check-in procedures.
Following passport and customs formalities, we depart for Dubai on FlyDubai Airlines flight FZ754 at 02:50.
Upon arrival in Dubai at 08:20, we meet our local representative and begin our panoramic Dubai city tour.
Before the city tour, guests may enjoy an optional breakfast.
After breakfast, we drive along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai’s most famous and impressive boulevard, where we will see the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping malls, and Souk Madinat Jumeirah from the vehicle.
We then continue to Jumeirah Beach, where we will have a photo stop overlooking the world-famous Burj Al Arab, the iconic 7-star luxury hotel.
Our tour continues to Dubai Marina. After some free time in Dubai Marina, famous for its approximately 7-kilometer waterfront promenade lined with restaurants and cafés, we proceed to our hotel.
After check-in, the remainder of the day is at leisure.

We begin the evening by boarding a traditional Dhow boat in Dubai Marina, where we will enjoy an international buffet dinner while cruising through the Marina.
Admire the spectacular views of Dubai Marina and Ain Dubai (Dubai Eye) illuminated at night.
After the cruise, we visit Souk Al Bahar, located next to Dubai Mall and beneath the shadow of the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa.
Combining traditional Arabian architecture with luxury shopping and dining, Souk Al Bahar offers a unique atmosphere reflecting Arabian culture.
Guests may enjoy free time at Dubai Mall for shopping, cafés, and restaurants before returning to the hotel.

The tour also includes a visit to Al Bastakiya, Dubai's historic district. Wander through its narrow alleyways, stone houses, and traditional markets while experiencing the authentic atmosphere of old Dubai.
You will also have the opportunity to see the famous Old Starbucks and capture memorable photographs.
Many of the traditional houses have been restored and now offer visitors a glimpse into traditional Arabian life. The area is also home to art galleries, cafés, and handicraft shops.

Experience thrilling dune driving over the red sand dunes and witness a spectacular desert sunset.

Camel riding is also available.

Departing from Dubai, we drive through Jebel Ali, home to one of the world’s largest man-made ports.
Our first stop is the magnificent Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world, accommodating up to 41,000 worshippers at the same time. Its stunning architecture and intricate decorations provide unforgettable photo opportunities.
While touring Abu Dhabi, the capital of the seven emirates, you will witness the remarkable transformation of what was once a small fishing village into a modern metropolis.
During the city tour, you will see the Al Bateen district, the Corniche waterfront, and Abu Dhabi’s impressive skyline.
Following a photo stop at the luxurious Emirates Palace, we visit the Heritage Village, where you can learn about traditional Emirati life, customs, and mud-brick houses.
A buffet lunch is included during the tour.
After lunch, we continue our journey with a panoramic view of the Louvre Abu Dhabi on Saadiyat Island.
We then visit Yas Island, home to the Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Grand Prix.
At Ferrari World, the world's first Ferrari-themed amusement park, you will have free time for photographs and shopping.
At the end of the tour, we return to Dubai and transfer back to the hotel.
Day 4: Dubai – Istanbul

Our journey begins with a visit to Bluewaters Island, one of Dubai’s newest and most popular destinations.
The first stop is Ain Dubai, the world’s largest observation wheel. With the standard admission ticket included, you will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Dubai’s skyline and coastline.
Afterward, enjoy free time on Bluewaters Island to explore its cafés, restaurants, waterfront promenades, and photo spots.
The tour continues with a visit to Madame Tussauds Dubai, one of the world's most famous wax museums.
See lifelike wax figures of world leaders, movie stars, athletes, and international celebrities.
At the appointed time, we transfer to Dubai International Airport for our return flight.
Following check-in and passport procedures, we board FlyDubai Airlines flight FZ753 departing at 22:00 for Istanbul.
Arrival in Istanbul is at 01:50.

Important Notes
• For visits to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, men must not wear shorts. Women must not wear sleeveless clothing, short skirts, leggings, or shorts. A headscarf and long-sleeved outer garment are required. Lunch is included in the Abu Dhabi Tour.
• For the Desert Safari Tour, comfortable clothing and a light jacket are recommended. Avoid heavy meals and excessive water consumption before the safari. Guests with back, neck, or stomach conditions, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guide before the tour.
• Optional excursion package discounts apply only when payment is made directly to the local representative during the tour.
• Optional tours operate with a minimum number of participants. If minimum participation is not reached, tours may be cancelled or prices may change.
• Tour schedules may be adjusted by the guide while maintaining the same program content.
• Hotel names are not guaranteed and may be replaced with similar-category hotels depending on availability.
• Panoramic city tours are introductory sightseeing tours conducted by vehicle and generally do not include museum or attraction entrance fees.
• Tour programs may be modified due to weather conditions, local authority restrictions, road closures, public events, exhibitions, congresses, concerts, or sporting events.
• Guests are responsible for arriving at the hotel lobby before the transfer departure time communicated by the guide.
• Currency exchange rates may vary. We recommend not exchanging large amounts of cash before travel.
• Since optional excursions are priced locally in USD, the USD/EUR parity may be applied equally.
• As this is an international travel package, guests are responsible for their own foreign language requirements.
# GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general terms and obligations stated below must be communicated to the guests. ELFE TOUR shall not be responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guests shall be deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
Guests traveling with a Republic of Türkiye green passport must renew their passports if the issue date of their passport is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to board the flight by the airline from Türkiye. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and ELFE TOUR cannot be held liable in any way.
In order to avoid problems with customs authorities at the border due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be issued in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any resulting issue is the responsibility of the guest.
ELFE TOUR acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to refuse a visa whenever deemed necessary. ELFE TOUR bears no responsibility if the passenger is unable to obtain a visa. ELFE TOUR only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. ELFE TOUR has no liability or responsibility regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
When ELFE TOUR submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest is responsible for checking the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. ELFE TOUR shall not be responsible for any incorrect information printed on the visa or for any situation that may prevent travel.
The preparation of documents required by passengers who will apply for their visas themselves (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, ELFE TOUR shall not be responsible for any possible inconveniences.
In the event that the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not participate or cannot participate in the relevant tour, visa fees and service charges are non-refundable. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the ELFE TOUR Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if ELFE TOUR cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting visa fees, consular fees, and similar charges, provided that the guest submits proof with the passport that the visa was not used within one week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained the visa by his/her own means and/or through another visa intermediary company, and ELFE TOUR cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund shall be made.
The itinerary may be subject to change depending on the arrival city of the flight. Aircraft type and flight times may change, and similar alternative hotels may be provided due to hotel availability during high seasons or special periods. These circumstances have been communicated at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds in triple rooms cannot be guaranteed. If a suitable room is available, room allocation will be blocked by the hotel subject to availability.
Child discounts are valid only for children staying with two adults.
Breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number exactly as stated in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Any penalties arising from ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
Whether obtained through ELFE TOUR or not, our guests are required to have international travel and health insurance valid from one day before the tour date until one day after the tour date and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the authorities of the relevant country. Responsibility for such penalties belongs to the guest.
Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry to or exit from certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another country and/or denial of entry at a border crossing. Since this is beyond the control of ELFE TOUR, the parties agree that ELFE TOUR shall not be held responsible in such cases.
Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the economic and time benefit of the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion is completed. At the end of the excursion, our vehicle will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days provided that their content remains unchanged, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In such cases, ELFE TOUR is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible. Optional excursions are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional excursions may not take place or prices may change.
Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be operated. ELFE TOUR cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of such tours or excursions.
The flight seats included in our programs are group allocations and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically cancelled. In such cases, the rules of the airline company shall apply.
Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on airport information boards/screens. These announcements must be followed by passengers. In the event of missing a flight due to such circumstances or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at his/her own expense (and, if necessary, according to the previous article, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, since the guest may miss the group departure, part or all of the first day’s program may be missed; responsibility in such cases belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if the guest reaches the destination city/country on a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfers will be the guest’s responsibility.
Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets using miles may only do so after the tickets have been issued and subject to availability on the relevant flight. Since the seats in our programs are group-class seats, before upgrading, it may be necessary to pay the fare difference specified by the airline and convert the ticket from group class to an upgradeable economy class. Any resulting fare difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets are generally issued a few days before departure.
To use your mobile phone abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Türkiye whether your line is open for international calls and roaming.
When leaving transportation vehicles or hotels during your trip, whether temporarily or permanently, please make sure that you have collected all your belongings.
ELFE TOUR reserves the right to change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
ELFE TOUR reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
ELFE TOUR shall not be responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent letter from their father; children traveling with their father must obtain a consent letter from their mother; and children traveling with a third person must obtain a consent letter from both parents. ELFE TOUR cannot be held responsible if travel cannot take place due to the absence of such consent.
The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
