This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

Customer/Buyer:

The individual or legal entity who purchases travel services (such as tours, transfers, accommodation, or packages) through the website www.travelturkeyistanbultour.com

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the purchase of services provided by the Company, which are sold electronically via the Company’s website, pursuant to the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts in Turkey.

3. SERVICE INFORMATION

• The main features of the services (tour program, accommodation details, transfer conditions, etc.) are published on the website.
• Prices, payment methods, cancellation, and refund conditions are also stated on the service detail pages and/or during the booking process.
• The Company reserves the right to update service content, prices, and availability.

4. PAYMENT

• Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods offered on the website.
• The Customer agrees to provide accurate payment details.
• The Company is not responsible for any fees charged by banks or payment service providers.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• Unless otherwise specified in the tour/accommodation details, cancellations requested by the Customer will be subject to the following:
• Cancellation 30 days or more before the service date: 100% refund.
• Cancellation 15–29 days before the service date: 50% refund.
• Cancellation 14 days or less before the service date or no-show: No refund.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be made to the original payment method within 14 business days.
• In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions), the Company reserves the right to reschedule or provide a travel voucher instead of a cash refund.

5.1 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

• For bookings made with a deposit, the deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including customer cancellation, no-show, visa issues, or personal reasons.
• The Customer acknowledges and accepts this rule at the time of booking.

6. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

• The Customer must provide correct personal information, including passport details when required.
• The Customer is responsible for complying with visa, passport, and health regulations of the destination.
• The Customer must arrive at meeting points on time; otherwise, services may be considered used, and no refund will be issued.

7. COMPANY OBLIGATIONS

• The Company is responsible for providing the services as described on the website.
• If the Company is unable to provide the service due to extraordinary circumstances, the Customer will be informed immediately and offered an alternative or refund in accordance with the cancellation policy.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• The Company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, transport companies, hotels, or third-party providers.
• The Company is not liable for loss, damage, accident, illness, or delays occurring during the trip unless caused by Company’s gross negligence.

9. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

• Customer information will be processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and GDPR regulations.
• The Company undertakes not to share Customer data with third parties except for service provision (e.g., hotels, airlines, tour operators).

10. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
• In case of disputes, Istanbul (Bakırköy) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

11. FINAL PROVISIONS

• By completing a booking on www.travelturkeyistanbultour.com, the Customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.
• This Agreement is made electronically and does not require a wet signature.
